Public Events

Forest Therapy Victoria hosts a variety of public events designed to immerse participants in the healing power of nature. Our public events include guided Forest Therapy walks, where individuals or groups can explore the therapeutic benefits of natural environments through gentle exercises and engaging activities. These walks are typically offered in beautiful locations such as national parks, public gardens, and nature reserves, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.

We offer both two- and three-hour sessions that are suitable for all ages and abilities, ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone. Additionally, we occasionally host special interest walks that focus on themes such as photography, nature art, pets, and grief recovery, allowing participants to explore their interests while connecting with nature.

Our public events are crafted to provide a unique and enriching experience, helping participants to de-stress, enhance their well-being, and deepen their connection with the natural world. Each event is designed to be both enjoyable and restorative, making them a perfect opportunity to experience the benefits of Forest Therapy in a supportive group setting.
